Want to know what my current workout is?
Well, here you go! I’ll update this regularly as I mix it up but, here is what I’m doing right now. I last updated this plan August 15, 2011.
Monday:
– 3-5 mile run
- body-weight workout and stretching
Tuesday:
– 30-60 minutes stair-climbing/elliptical/biking
- body-weight workout and stretching
Wednesday:
– 3-4 mile run
- body-weight workout and stretching
Thursday:
– 30-60 minutes stair-climbing/elliptical/biking
- body-weight workout and stretching
Friday:
– 30-60 minutes biking
- upper body strength training and stretching
Saturday:
- long run…anywhere from 5-12 miles OR racing
